The USER may exercise these rights at any time by sending a letter to the registered office, enclosing a copy of their National Identity Card or Passport.

UNVI guarantees that all commercial communications sent to its customers comply with current legislation.

Therefore, in compliance with Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce and Law 9/2014 General Telecommunications Law, the USER is informed that UNVI may send him/her information by electronic means about products and services of interest to which he/she gives his/her consent.
